Delete your account

Permanently delete your Sublex account and associated learning data.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Profile tab in the Sublex app.
  2. Select “Delete account”.
  3. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion through support

If you cannot access the app, contact support and include the user ID shown at the bottom of the Profile screen. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.

Data that is deleted

  • Your Sublex user record.
  • Lesson completion and study activity.
  • Saved vocabulary and review history.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple or Google subscription settings.
